	Reservations & Information The hotel's reservation department will be operating 16-hours a day. Guests can make inquires daily via telephone, fax and/or Internet. All Availability and Reservation Requests will be replied within 6 to 12 hours.
	Guest Arrival at Athens Airport All guests arriving at the Athens International Airport could have optional transfer arrangements through the reservation office of the hotel. Available options to the guests include: limo service to Piraeus port (40-60 minutes drive depending on the traffic), where they could be directed to their high - speed boat to Sifnos Island and helicopter service to Sifnos island directly from the Airport. Both options are offered at an extra charge and should be confirmed at least 3 days prior to guests' arrival.
	Guest Arrival in Sifnos Upon arrival at Sifnos Port (Kamares), guests will be greeted and welcomed by designated hotel staff, escorted to a private hotel shuttle bus and provided complimentary transportation to the hotel.
	Guest welcome & Check-in Guest/s welcome will include champagne or any other drink requested and a hassle-free check in (all guests will be pre-registered to the extent possible). A member of the management team will welcome all guests.
	Guest "Familiarization Tour" Guests will be given the option of a short Familiarization Tour of the property. During the tour (approximately 20 minutes) guests will have the chance to walk through the property, see the facilities and have their first impressions.
	The "Room Tour" Guests will then be escorted to their room where a member of the management team will give them a short description of in-room facilities and services, provide them with useful information about operating aspects and answer to any queries they might have.
	During Guest Stay During their stay, guests can experience the following services and amenities: - Room Service from 08:00 to 23:00 - Laundry & Valet service as well as Express Service on request - Secretarial & Business-related Services - Private Dinner & Butler Service in the Room (on request) - 24 Hours Concierge (Excursions & Island Trips, Island -Information,Taxi Transfer, Local Festival Attendance, Helicopter Transfer etc.
	Guests will have the opportunity to attend the property's special ceremony:
	Guest Departure Guests will receive a quick, hassle-free check out service. Designated hotel staff will escort them to a private shuttle bus and provide them complimentary transfer to Sifnos Port. As upon arrival, upon departure, through the front desk of the hotel limo transfer could be arranged from Piraeus Port to Athens International Airport or any other destination. ( Check-Out time is 12:00 hours).
